We are seeking to employ senior JAVA/J2EE programmers for the development of a major software project which is based in our office in Palma de Mallorca. The positions will be based in our London office at Battersae Studios.
The sucessful candidates must have a minimum experience of 2 years in JAVA/J2EE. and must be highly motivated professionals with an enterprising spirit, a positive attitude and a strong commitment to the business project. The candidates should be team-work orientated, comfortable working under pressure, able to provide new ideas for the growth of the project and be motivated by quality and the feeling of a “well-done” job.
Minimum study requirements:
Technical Engineer - Technical Engineer in Business Informatics
Minimum experience: 2 years
Minimum requirements:
Demonstrable experience of more than 2 years in J2EE (servlets, struts, jsp, EJB´S, JBoss).
Knowledge of Linux, CORBA, Oracle, Mysql, Eclipse and/or Netbeans and English language skills will be of advantage

Duties include the following:
Key Responsibilities
• Dealing with customer queries via telephone, email and Live Chat
• Processing account withdrawal and deposit requests
• Handling customer registrations where required
• Dealing with day-to-day complaints and/or disputes
• General administration tasks to support customer requirements
• A proactive approach to the smooth running of the customer retention department as a whole
• Provide limited technical support to online customers
• Other ad-hoc customer driven activities involved in the support and ongoing care of all customers
This position would suit someone with experience within a Customer Care environment and the desire to learn new tasks. An excellent eye-for-detail, strong customer focus and an appreciation of the importance of customer retention are standard requirements. You must be available to work evenings or weekends. No daywork is available for these positions.

The role
This role is to maintain existing gaming websites and make relevant changes, add more pages to the site, integrate with existing framework/DB server system. Create additional websites for associated URLs under the supercasino brand to link with the main website.
You will be working in a team with lead developers and Flash programmer.
Your experience
Essential Skills should include:
2-3 years on ASP.NET, VB.NET, SQL Server 2000/2005, Visual Studio 2005
.NET Framework 2.0 and above
Classic ASP
HTML, JavaScript, XML, CSS, AJAX
Broad range of Microsoft technologies and Web Architecture.
Some knowledge on Google Analytics, Search engine optimising, tracking, affiliates linking.
Excellent communication skills, business understanding, software testing.
Awareness and identify different Browser constraints, capabilities and applied style sheets.
Desirable:
Some experience on C#
Experience of Object Oriented Programming
Webservices, SOAP (hands on experience or strong knowledge)
PHP/MySQL knowledge
Image manipulation (Photoshop, illustrator)
